For anyone who may be having trouble conceiving, or who may be considering/undergoing fertility treatments, or who may simply be interested in learning more about their own creative potential and in consciously conceiving.
No yoga experience necessary.

I am discontinuing (for the moment) my ongoing fertility class on Sundays.
INSTEAD, I am offering my classes as a series again! This insures attendance, commitment, and a very supportive community for those who are going through the challenge of TTC. Drop-ins are still allowed, with prior permission from me.

Every Sunday for 12 weeks from 4:30-6:00 pm

Current Crop
The new "Yoga for Fertility" classes are going strong! So far we have one pregnancy, are or course hopeful for more as the class continues on.
I will more than likely keep the class on the regular weekly schedule at Mind Body Yoga Therapy.
Meanwhile, multiple reports from past students on successful ivf procedures, "natural" conception, healthy pregnancies, and happy happy new parents.
And, even more meanwhile, I'm cogitating on creating a whole module on fertility/hormonal/female reproductive system health for a new prenatal yoga teacher training program, soon to be announced.
I love this work.
