Bio:

Liz Belile, RYT, LMT is a 48-year old first time mama who gave birth to her bundle of joy at the ripe age of 43, after various approaches to her own fertility. She created the "Yoga for Fertility" class series almost three years ago, hoping to share her wisdom and resources as well as provide support and encouragement for women who were having difficulty conceiving. Since then, about 75% of her fertility students have given birth within a year of taking the class. Liz was voted "Best Fertility Expert" in the 2011 Austin Birth Awards, and is up for the honor again this year!

She has practiced yoga for over 20 years, has been teaching since 1999. A performer and a writing and performance teacher, Liz is a sought-after presenter for Writing and Yoga Teacher Training Students, having taught for several local teacher training programs for nearly ten years. She is a traveled spoken word artist, a published poet, and was among the very first MFA in Creative Writing and Poetics at the Naropa Institute, where she studied contemplative poetics, fiction and poetry writing, performance, and meditation.
